enjoy the Colorado outdoors.Not every outfitter in Colorado is or can be a member. You must first commit to a stringent code of ethics. You must be licensed, bonded, insured and in good standing with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and Colorado Division of Wildlife. COA members and their guides must also be trained in first aide. As a result of becoming a member of the COA, our outfitters have obligated themselves to providing the utmost professional care to their clients, the land that they serve and the game that they pursue.
